Best UK stays with outdoor tubs

There is nothing better than soaking in an outdoor bathtub and looking up at the sky. My top 'tried & tested' UK stays, plus a few that are on my radar.

I suppose I could be called ‘fussy’ or ‘snobbish’ but when it comes to a cabin in the woods or perhaps a treehouse, if it hasn’t got an outdoor tub, I’m not going.

A rash statement? I think not. You see, there is something so utterly peaceful about soaking in a bathtub outside, the total nature emersion, whilst lying there in a warm bath it is like meditation. I’m not one for wild swimming, or ice baths - no a warm, bubble bath listening to the sounds of the birds and the wind in the trees is as ‘close to nature’ as I like it.
